The Annual subscription gets you direct access to updated property information.  You would click on the facility as you see the blue dot with white around it, then on the left-hand side, all information is available—facility address, owner name, owner address, owner phone number, leasing agency, and lease terms. By having access to this information (and not just the Excel file), you will have up-to-date information at all times.
